Take off :

Take off is full rpm, full throttle.
Acceleration 80 knts in around 12".
Takeoff is clean with no flaps.
Rotate 80 knts with 7 pitch.
Aircraft accelerates fast : 110knts - 1800 fpm - 15 pitch

Cruise climb :

Reduce manifold to 35 in - 25 rpm to get 1400 fpm
Then let speed increase to 120-130 knts with 1000 fpm

Cruise settings :

At 3000@ set 29 in manifold - 24 rpm (fuel flow 11.6 G/h) to get a 155 knts IAS

Descent :

From 10000@ let power like cruise (29 in - 24 rpm - 1000 fpm dwn) to get 180-184 knts.
If 1500 fpm required  the 25 in or less - 24 rpm.
